Editorial policy

Clarity's articles exist to answer, plainly and honestly, the questions people in India type when they feel lonely, stuck or anxious. This page says how they are made, so you can judge how much to trust them.

What the articles are, and are not

They are general information and practical steps from an emotional-support point of view. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace a doctor, psychologist or counsellor. Every mental-health article carries the Government of India's Tele-MANAS helpline and says when professional help is the right step.

How topics are chosen

From the questions people actually ask: public forums, search data, questions sent to our team, and the themes our listeners hear most often in aggregate. We never use the content of any private conversation on Clarity. We skip topics that need a clinician's answer.

How articles are written

We use AI writing tools to draft and translate. Every draft is then checked by an automated review against our rules, and the rules are set and audited by people at Clarity. The rules include: answer the question directly; no claim that anything is diagnosed, treated or cured; no statistics without a linked source we have read (WHO, NIMHANS, Government of India, peer-reviewed research); no stories about real users; no prices or offers; plain language, no fear or shame.

Where a named author or reviewer is shown on an article, that is a real person who has read it. Where it says "Clarity editorial team", the article was produced under this process without a named individual reviewer yet.

Hindi and Hinglish versions

Each article is written in English first and then rewritten, not word-for-word translated, into Hindi and Hinglish, keeping every safety line and source. All versions link to each other.

Updates and corrections

Articles show their published and updated dates. We revisit articles when new data or reader feedback shows something is wrong or unclear. To report an error, write to support@clarityapp.in.

Independence

Clarity App is a product of We Heal Private Limited. Articles may mention what Clarity offers where it is relevant to the reader's situation; they are never paid for by third parties and never recommend a specific listener, counsellor or astrologer.
